Gaining Access to ARPN intended for personal use only
ARPN Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not take any content of the result page from an ARPN search and reformat or display it or mirror ARPN’s search on your website. Non-Disclosure
Use of Confidential Information will be kept strictly confidential.   You will not, without ARM’s express written authorization, signed by one of ARM’s authorized Officers, use, sell, market, or disclose any Confidential Information to any third party, person, firm or entity, other than the company Recipient represents, for any purpose.

Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services as well as these Terms of Service from time to time with or without notice and without liability to you, any other user or any third party. Please check back periodically to our Terms of Service for the current terms of use. If you have any questions please ask your Account Manager for further details.

No Automated Querying
You may not send automated queries of any sort to ARPN Sites without express permission in advance from ARPN. Note that “sending automated queries” includes, among other things:

·  Using any software which sends queries to our Sites to determine how a website or webpage ranks for various queries or for any other reason

·  Performing “offline” searches on any ARPN site.

You agree not to use our Sites to:

·  Reverse engineer or transmit any Content (paid and unpaid search results and all websites hosted by ARPN and/or its partners) that infringes or violates any party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other proprietary right, including, but not limited to, using third party copyrighted materials, without appropriate permission, using third party trademarks without appropriate permission or attribution, or using or distributing third party information in violation of a duty of confidentiality;

·  Violate any law or regulation (local, state, provincial, national, or international) whether or not intentionally;

·  Interfere with or disrupt the ARPN Services, our Sites, or servers or networks connected to our Sites, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Sites;

·  Engage in any activities that would violate the personal privacy rights of others, including but not limited to, collecting and distributing information about Internet users without their expressed permission, except as permitted by applicable law; or

·  Post any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
